This piece was made in response to the beginning of Psalm 133. "Behold how good and pleasant it is when brothers (and sisters!) dwell in unity.........for there the Lord has commanded the blessing, life forevermore.”*
God’s people come in different shapes and sizes, each with their own life experiences or ‘markings’. When we focus on Jesus together, these differences fade out of focus and in the light and presence of His love, something wonderful happens ……. a spirit of unity and peace is released.
On an individual level, the same dynamic is true. When we give all of ourselves to Jesus, all of our life’s markings, he can heal, deliver, redeem and restore, so that those markings become a channel of blessing for others.
